Examples from LevelUp. Beta activities and available level requirements will be confirmed with your invitation.
A manual log is enough to record an ordinary session. You don't have to perform for a feed.
Skill-level submissions are checked against the relevant requirement. Activity EXP is a separate reward.
Private practice and public progress aren't the same thing. Choose what you share, including evidence.
Not immediately. You're registering interest in the beta. We'll email when a place is available and explain how to get started.
The current closed beta is free to use once you're invited. Joining the waitlist doesn't purchase a subscription or grant Founder or Pro membership.

Yes, where the data meets the skill's specific task and evidence requirements. For example, an accepted activity record could demonstrate a required distance and time, but it cannot prove lifting technique. Supported devices, submission formats and any automatic-sync options will be confirmed for the beta.
No. You choose what you share. Making progress visible on your profile and sharing the supporting evidence are separate choices.
You don't need a personal best to begin recording practice. Choose an activity, start from where you are, and work towards the available requirements at your own pace.
Make your effort visible. Help shape what's next for LevelUp.
