Good support message checklist
- Include the account email or username involved.
- Include the page, page path, or feature affected.
- Explain what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- For proof issues, include the approximate submission time and skill involved.
In-app support options
Logged-in users can also check notifications, account settings, proof history, and use Send feedback to report a problem from inside the app.
