Level Up is currently in closed beta. Features and policies may change as the service develops, and material updates will be reflected on these pages.
Level Up is owned and operated by Level Up Technologies LTD.
Level Up's closed beta is intended for people aged 18 or over. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account during this phase.
If we discover that someone under 18 has accessed the closed beta, their access may be restricted or their account closed following review, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and safeguarding procedures.
You are responsible for the content you upload, post, send, or otherwise share through the platform, including whether it is accurate, lawful, respectful, and safe to share.
You must not upload, post, send, or otherwise share indecent, explicit, abusive, harassing, threatening, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
You must not send abusive messages or publish abusive posts. This includes discriminatory content or conduct relating to protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.
You must not submit misleading, stolen, manipulated, or unrelated proof. Level progression depends on credible evidence, so dishonest proof may be removed and may lead to account restrictions.
You must not share another person's personal data without a lawful basis or their permission. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection law, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Any content you post or upload remains yours, but you give Level Up the limited rights needed to host, review, moderate, and display that content within the service according to your settings and the platform rules.
Level Up may remove content, restrict access, limit features, reverse misuse of progression systems, or close accounts where these terms are breached or where necessary to protect users, reviewers, the platform, or legal compliance.
Beta status
Closed beta and launch expectations
Level Up is currently in a closed beta phase. Features, limits, moderation flows, pricing, and policies may evolve as the service hardens for wider commercial use.
You may request deletion of your profile at any time from Account settings. You can view the account and profile data held in the app from your profile page. Level Up does not intentionally hide user profile data from the user it belongs to.
These terms may be updated as beta features, payment options, and moderation processes develop. Material changes will be published on this page.
